General Terms✿ All artwork is for personal use only. You may use the artwork for banners, profile pictures, etc.✿ For commercial use, including content monetization, a commercial fee will apply✿Selling my artwork in any form including digital/physical products, prints, NFTs, or merchandise is strictly prohibited unless you have my written permission and have paid for the appropriate rights as agreed upon.✿ For contracted work, please email me directly at [email protected]✿ NO AI - My artwork is not allowed to be used in AI engines, datasets, or for any AI training purposes under any circumstance.✿ All rights to my art and commissions remain with the artist (me) unless explicitly transferred via a signed agreement.✿ I reserve the right to decline any commission if it falls outside of my comfort zone or if I believe it exceeds my current skill level.✿ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media and include it in my portfolio, unless we have discussed otherwise in advance.✿ Fanart commissions may be used by me for prints and merchandise.

Commission Process✿ Please fill out the commission form with as much detail as possible and include clear visual references.✿ Non-visual references may incur an additional fee (see the commission section for more info).✿ You may include background stories and other relevant details.✿ The process includes two sketch phases:Base sketchFlat-colored sketch✿ Finalization only begins after sketch approval.Revision✿ During the sketch phase:1 major edit allowed2 minor edits allowed(Designs made from scratch will include 2 major edits and 3 minor edits in total during sketch phase)✿ After sketch approval:Up to 3 minor edits allowed on final artwork✿ Additional edits beyond these limits will include extra fees✿ Some changes may not be possible during the final phase due to workflow limitations.Timeline & Deadlines✿ Completion time is up to 3 months, depending on workload and complexity.✿ clients are welcome to request updates anytime.✿ Any delays due to personal or technical issues will be immediately communicated.✿ For rush orders or specific deadlines, a fee may apply > please discuss this with me before commissioning.Final Delivery✿ Once complete, I will send a final preview image for confirmation.✿ You will receive a full-resolution PNG watermarked version via email✿ No physical products will be delivered.✿ Sharing commissioned artwork is allowed and encouraged, but please always credit me as the artist.✿ Do not remove watermarks or claim the artwork as your own.

Payment & Pricing✿ Prices vary depending on complexity, character count, and details added.✿ Payments are accepted via PayPal or bank transfer and will be sent via invoice.✿ Payment is split into two parts:50% upfront (non-refundable)50% after sketch approval (non-refundable)✿ Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE once the process has begun unless it has been issued by me.✿ If canceled before the sketch phase starts, a partial refund will be issued (15% will be kept of the total deposit).✿ In the rare case I am unable to complete your commission, a partial refund will be issued (minimum 25% of the total cost kept, depending on progress).✿ Aggressive or inappropriate behavior during the process will result in immediate cancellation, and I will keep 50% of the total payment made.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service listed here and in your invoice.
